I plan your Disney trip the way I'd plan my own family's.
I'm Beth Cardenas, a travel advisor with Travelmation, an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. I plan Disney trips for first-timers who want to know what they're walking into, return families who'd rather hand off the moving parts, and grandparents booking a once-in-a-lifetime trip with the whole crew. Every plan starts with a conversation, not a form — who's coming, what your kids love, and what a good day actually looks like for your family.
Disney is a lot of moving parts: park days, Lightning Lane, dining windows that open at 6 a.m., resort choices, the under-3 details. I carry all of that so you don't have to live in twenty browser tabs. You bring the trip you're picturing; I handle the research, the reservations, and the day-by-day plan built around your family's pace.
Working through Travelmation means an established agency and its Disney relationships sit behind every booking — and one person is accountable for the whole trip from the first message to the morning you're home. That's me. You can reach me by name, and I'll already know your trip when you do.
Four steps, no pressure.
It costs nothing to start a conversation and find out whether Disney with me on your side is the right fit. There's no planning fee, ever.
The Conversation
We talk — phone, email, or video, whatever suits you. I'm listening for the things a form never captures: your kids' ages and nap times, your must-do rides, the pace your family actually enjoys, and what would make this trip feel easy.
The Plan
I come back with a hand-picked plan: which park each day, where to stay, the dining I'd book, and a Lightning Lane and rope-drop strategy built around your family. We shape it together, and I confirm pricing and availability personally so what you see is real.
Everything Handled
Once you say yes, I take it from there. Resort and ticket booking, dining reservations the moment the window opens, ground transport, the small details between the details. One itinerary, one person to call.
While You're Away
Booked isn't done. I keep watching your trip — applying any new discount that's released so your trip gets cheaper, and if a flight shifts or plans change mid-trip, you reach me, not a call center. I'm the one sorting it out so you don't lose a park day to it.
What you get with Beth in your corner.
Booking direct just means Disney keeps the commission. Booking with me costs you the same and puts a specialist on your side — here's what that actually looks like.
It's free to you
My planning costs you nothing and there's never a fee. Disney builds the commission into the price either way — booking with me is the same price you'd pay on Disney's site, just with me handling it all alongside you.
Lightning Lane & dining strategy
I don't just read about the parks — I keep up with how they actually run right now. You get a current Lightning Lane Multi Pass and Single Pass plan, the rope-drop and early-entry timing, and the hard-to-get dining reservations booked the minute the window opens.
Hours off your plate
Disney planning can feel like a second job. Instead of endless tabs and conflicting blog advice, you get a hand-picked plan built around your family. All you have to do is check your inbox — and then show up and enjoy it.
A real person, all the way through
Google can't pick up the phone. I can. You have one person who knows your trip by name, watches your reservation for new discounts until you travel, and is a text away when a question pops up or plans change mid-trip — including onboard credit on Disney Cruise sailings where it's available, just ask.
The things families usually ask.
Will it cost more to book my Disney trip with you?
No. Your price is the same as booking direct on Disney's site, and there's never a planning fee. I'm paid a commission by Disney and our suppliers — not by you — and it's already built into the rate either way. Booking direct just lets Disney keep it instead of putting a planner on your side.
What does "Authorized Disney Vacation Planner" actually mean?
It's a designation Disney gives to agencies that meet its standards. Travelmation is an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner, and it means I have the training and relationships to book and manage your Disney trip directly — at the same price you'd find on Disney's own site.
What if a discount comes out after I've booked?
I keep watching your reservation right up until you travel. If a new discount or promotion is released that fits your trip, I apply it for you and email you that your trip just got cheaper. That's something a direct booking won't do for you on its own.
Can you really get the dining and Lightning Lane I want?
I can't promise a specific table on a specific night — nobody honestly can with Disney — but I know exactly when each window opens and I'm there the moment it does, with a backup plan ready. Same with Lightning Lane: you'll go in with a current strategy built around your must-do rides and your family's pace, not guesswork.
What happens if something goes wrong while we're traveling?
You reach me, not a call center or a chatbot. If a flight shifts, a reservation falls through, or plans change mid-trip, I'm the real person already working on it so you can stay in the moment with your family.
Do I have to book everything through you?
No. We shape the trip together and you decide what to hand over. Most families end up handing over all of it — resort, tickets, dining, the day-by-day — simply because it's easier and it's the same price as doing it yourself.
